Description:
About the Role
The Business Operations Executive ensures the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations for assigned client accounts within DKSH's Healthcare business. This role is instrumental in driving operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and strong client satisfaction by serving as a key bridge between clients and internal teams.
What You Will Deliver
Ensure seamless daily operations and fulfillment of client requirements in line with agreed service levels, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and agencies on all operational matters while building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and client teams
Drive cross-functional coordination across Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and other departments, covering co-packing activities, Point-of-Sale (POS) material inventory management, material master updates, pricing, product hierarchy, and labeling documentation
Manage timely raising of Purchase Orders in collaboration with the Inventory Planning team, and oversee monthly branch Stock Transfer Orders (STO) to ensure accurate and on-schedule execution
Track operational performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and prepare and present operational results during client meetings such as Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) reviews
Identify operational bottlenecks, recommend and implement process improvements, and drive efficiency and automation initiatives while ensuring full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Support the execution of cross-functional projects assigned by management and undertake additional duties as required
What You Bring
Degree in Business Administration, Management, Science, or equivalent
2 to 5 years of experience in business operations or client management, preferably in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a sound understanding of operational and financial metrics
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power Business Intelligence (Power BI) is an advantage
Strong business acumen with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
