Job Description:

• Oversee the daily production processes for PCBA and SMT lines to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Implement and optimise manufacturing processes to improve yield, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Support new product introductions (NPI) by setting up and validating new processes and equipment.
• Monitor production data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for process and equipment-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies, including safety and quality requirements.
• Ensure all operators and line leaders are certified at all times. Provide training and drive multiskills maturity.
• Manage and control production indirect material usage.
• Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent education level in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business or any related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in a manufacturing/production environment; working in an electrical and electronics company will be an added advantage
• Willing to work in shifts, or OT as needed
• Demonstrates strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and discipline production staff
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month

• PCBA / SMT / Kitting line: 3 years (Required)
