• Assist Production Planning Executive in monitoring and tracking WIP and Finished Goods (FG) movement.
• Support weekly shipment planning and follow up customer requirements.
• Assist in manpower planning and monitor production performance.
• Update and verify daily machine output records and production targets.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for WIP and FG movement.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, packing, and placement of goods.
• Coordinate daily shipment arrangements and transportation.
• Verify outgoing products, quantity, and condition before delivery.
• Prepare and issue Delivery Order (D/O) and ensure customer acknowledgment.
• Coordinate customs reporting and customer-related logistics requirements.
• Raise Purchase Requisition (PR) for external transportation arrangements.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System and company 5S practices.
• Perform other duties assigned by superior or Management.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
