Focus: System health, compliance tracking, and operational efficiency

Core Tasks & Responsibilities

-Training Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate session logistics, book training rooms, prepare materials, and handle webinar or virtual classroom setups.

-Budget & Vendor Administration: Track training expenses, manage invoices, and liaise with external training vendors or facilitators.

-Data Tracking & Reporting: Track training completion, Generate reports on training participation, compliance rates, and program effectiveness to support HR decision-making.

-Compliance & Grants: Managing training budgets, ensuring compliance with internal company standards, and—in the Malaysian context—liaising with HRD Corp for claims and reporting.

Daily & Weekly Tasks

-Reconcile L&D invoices and update financial tracking spreadsheets.

-Coordinate arrangements and logistics e.g. venue, equipment, seating, meals, etc. for F2F or virtual training sessions held onsite or offsite.

-Send calendar invites, pre-reading materials, and post-training surveys to participants.

-Extract course feedback and analyze training effectiveness metrics.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

-Training Compliance Rate: Percentage of employees completing mandatory or regulatory training on time.

-LMS User Adoption: Active monthly users and course completion rates.

-Logistical Efficiency: Timely scheduling and error-free execution of planned training events.

-Budget Variance: Managing training expenditures within the allocated L&D budget

Additional tasks:

-To provide ad-hoc support to Site Operations in eComm and Facilities.

Note: This position supports primarily (but not limited to) L&D.

Requirements:

-Bachelor Degree

-Fluent in English communication

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
