Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Conduct daily GYAT meetings and prepare daily production output reports.
• Monitor production performance through production tracking and reporting systems.
• Supervise operators and assembly technicians to ensure productivity, discipline, and attendance.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve production targets.
• Plan, organize, and delegate daily workloads effectively.
• Ensure compliance with 5S practices and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Monitor material identification, segregation, stock accuracy, and sub-store inventory.
• Coordinate rejected materials (MRB) and work closely with Engineering for timely disposition.
• Support departmental goals through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manufacturing Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience leading and managing production operators and technicians.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Good planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
