We are seeking a hands-on SAP Ariba Lead Consultant to drive the implementation of the Ariba Intake Management module. You will own this specific workstream end-to-end. Your role combines strategic workflow design with direct, hands-on system configuration.

CONTRACT: 6 MONTHS ONSITE SINGAPORE

Key Responsibilities

• Workstream Leadership: Lead the design, scoping, and deployment of the SAP Ariba Intake Management solution.
• Process Mapping: Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex procurement request processes into streamlined digital intake forms.
• Hands-on Configuration: Build, test, and deploy dynamic intake forms, custom fields, user routing rules, and approval workflows.
• Integration Support: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless data flow between Intake Management and downstream Ariba modules or ERP systems.
• Change Management: Create functional documentation, conduct testing cycles (UAT), and deliver training to end-users and administrators.

Required Qualifications

• Ariba Expertise: Proven experience implementing SAP Ariba upstream and downstream modules, with a specific focus on Intake Management or Guided Procurement/Buying forms.
• Lead Experience: Demonstrated history of owning a specific Ariba workstream and presenting solutions to business stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Ariba form builder, template creation, look-up tables, and condition-based routing rules.
• Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical Ariba configurations to non-technical business teams clearly.
