Job Description

Responsibilities

Roles and responsibilities: -

  • Supervise and verify works carried out by contractors and service providers, including planning and overseeing addition, alteration, and renovation (A&A) works.
  • Obtain quotations, coordinate procurement, and arrange rectification works with term and appointed contractors.
  • Monitor and ensure contractors' works are completed in accordance with contract specifications, safety, and quality standards.
  • Conduct daily inspections of building facilities, systems, and equipment to ensure operational reliability and compliance.
  • Perform the duties and responsibilities of a Senior Building Executive / Building Executive in managing and maintaining commercial or institutional premises in Singapore.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Building, Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in facilities or building management (Senior Building Executive may require 5 years or more).
  • Experience managing commercial, institutional, healthcare, or government facilities is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of building services, preventive maintenance, and M&E systems.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA), Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements, Fire Safety regulations, and relevant statutory codes.
  • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
