We are seeking an experienced Modern Workplace Senior Analyst to design, develop, and enhance Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online solutions that drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement modern workplace technologies based on business requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to understand needs and deliver technical solutions.
• Participate actively in team discussions and share insights to address work-related challenges.
• Develop and maintain components of modern workplace solutions with a focus on quality and usability.
• Identify and help resolve common technical issues using practical approaches.
• Continuously build knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies and related tools to enhance development capabilities.
• Support the team by sharing learning and best practices from project experiences.
  
  
  

Requirements

Must-have:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• Malaysian citizenship (no visa sponsorship; local candidates only).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Beginner proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
• Beginner proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Beginner proficiency in Microsoft Teams Development.
• Beginner proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Beginner proficiency in Microsoft Graph.
• Ability to work independently and become a subject matter expert in modern workplace technologies.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills for team discussions and technical solution delivery.
