Job Description:

Contracts analyst position purpose is to support the deal life-cycle process with the timely preparation and delivery of contracts for all commodities; ensuring the trade data in ETRM matches the contract issued or received as well as verification of broker confirmations and counterparty contracts.

Main Responsibilities
• Primarily for standardized deals or deals subject to a master trading agreement: pre-validations and validations of deals, issue contracts from templates, and validate and accept counterparty contracts
• Escalate contract issues and discrepancies to experienced or senior analysts
• Ensure accuracy of internal trade data
• Validate transactions against trader recaps, broker confirmations and counterparty contracts
• Interact with counterparty contacts and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain records of internal and external contractual correspondence

Education
• Either bachelor’s degree in business administration or in a related field; or legal with specialization on trading

Experience
• Experience with administering contracts issuing and acceptance
• Experience with any type of wholesale or trading contracts

Skills
• Microsoft Office advanced user
• Legal wording skills in English
• Incoterms knowledge preferred
