- Manage and plan preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for freezer trucks, office building and equipment.
- Coordinate and liaise with our drivers, in-house Technician and vendors or contractors to carry out the preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Update and maintain servicing & maintenance records.
- In charge of filing GIA reports and sending parking offence appeal requests.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD.
- Polytechnic or ITE graduate in engineering field with at least 2 years of working experience.
- Must be resourceful, able to work independently and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Possess Class 3 driving license.
- 5.5 days in a week
- Class 3 / Class 4 Driving License
- Preferably with basic knowledge & experience on any of the following:
ii. Building maintenance & Workplace Safety
iii. CCTV, In vehicle camera & Fleet GPS Tracking System
