Role

The Day-To-Day Activities

  • Deliver onboarding, product, sales, systems, compliance, and soft skills training to equip employees with the knowledge and skills required for their roles.
  • Develop, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, job aids, and knowledge resources to ensure content remains accurate and relevant.
  • Conduct coaching sessions based on performance metrics and Quality Assurance (QA) findings, while supporting employees with targeted performance improvement plans.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, certifications, post-training performance, and learner feedback, implementing continuous improvements where needed.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Quality Assurance, and cross-functional teams to support new product or campaign launches, training readiness, and ongoing capability development.

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training, coaching, learning & development, or contact centre operations.
  • Experience in telesales, customer engagement, or enterprise sales environments is an added advantage.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, coaching, and instructional design skills with the ability to deliver engaging training programmes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive employee performance and continuous learning.
