Responsibilities
Senior Executive – Leasing & Business Development
- Conduct market research to identify new retail opportunities and trends.
- Source and evaluate potential store locations based on demographic, financial, and competitive data.
- Coordinate lease negotiations and agreements with landlords and property developers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth store rollout.
- Manage project timelines for store development from conception to launch.
- Monitor performance of new stores post-opening and propose enhancements where necessary.
- Maintain strong industry relationships to stay ahead of market developments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in retail development or related field.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Knowledge of local retail markets and property regulations is a plus.
