岗位职责

EXECUTIVE – HUMAN RESOURCES

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee relations
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR database, and files
  • Support training & development programs and performance appraisal processes
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with labor laws
  • Manage employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters
  • Assist in HR reporting and data analysis
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a generalist HR role
  • Good understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR practices
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR software
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
