To strengthen our regional project execution capability, we are seeking a Water Treatment Project Manager based in Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities

1. Equipment Delivery & Installation: Oversee and guide the on-site delivery and installation of water treatment equipment in various international regions, including Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
2. System Commissioning: Lead the on-site commissioning of our core systems (e.g., DTRO, STRO, TUF, and I-FLASH MVR) to ensure stable and efficient operation.
3. Project Acceptance: Manage the project acceptance process, maintaining proactive communication with clients and owners to ensure timely approvals.
4. Client Training: Provide professional technical training to overseas clients and operators regarding equipment operation, daily maintenance, and technical protocols.
5. Documentation Management: Collect and organize technical files, records, and reports during the installation and commissioning phases; provide regular project feedback to the HQ.
6. Site Coordination: Coordinate on-site relationships between owners, supervisors, and contractors, and resolve unexpected technical issues during implementation.
7. After-sales Support: Address after-sales technical problems within the assigned regions, providing both remote and on-site troubleshooting and support.
8. Strategic Support: Assist in other international business support tasks as assigned by the technical leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Nationality & Passport: Must be a Malaysian citizen holding a valid Malaysian passport (to facilitate frequent international travel to Europe, North/South America, and SE Asia).
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Environmental Engineering, Water Supply and Drainage Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
3. Work Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in an engineering company specializing in water treatment membrane systems.

Language Proficiency: 

•   Fluent in English and Mandarin .

1. Professional Skills: Familiarity with membrane separation systems (RO/NF/UF) or MVR evaporators is a plus.
2. Core Competencies: 

•   Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently in a field environment.
•   Excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership skills.
