Protege – System Analyst (IT Graduate)

We are looking for motivated IT graduates to join our PROTÉGÉ Programme, with a career path towards System Analyst or AI-Infused Engineer. The selected candidate will work closely with experienced System Analysts and Technical Leads, gaining hands-on exposure to project delivery, business analysis, and AI-driven initiatives. Candidates with an AI-related background will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including Business Requirements Specification (BRS), System Requirements Specification (SRS), System Design Specification (SDS), and other SDLC deliverables.
• Support document governance and ensure documentation quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Participate in AI-infused research, development, and implementation initiatives.
• Contribute as an all-round project team member, supporting system analysis, documentation, testing, and project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, able to explore new technologies independently, and a fast learner.
• Exposure to AI technologies or AI-related projects is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with less than six (6) months of working experience are encouraged to apply.

Employment Details:

• Employment Type: 1-year contract under the PROTÉGÉ Programme.
• PROTÉGÉ Allowance: RM2,000 per month.
