An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands-on practitioner to establish robust data governance frameworks and drive regulatory compliance across regional growth markets.

• Architect and maintain regional data governance frameworks, privacy policies, and lifecycle standards tailored for financial technology products.

• Drive hands-on execution of regulatory compliance reviews, privacy impact evaluations, and data classification structures across multiple markets.

• Provide consultative guidance to cross-functional product, legal, and commercial units to ensure ethical data practices and risk mitigation.

• Oversee incident response protocols, regulatory reporting obligations, and consumer data rights workflows in a dynamic environment.

• Conduct vendor risk evaluations and deliver cross-organizational compliance awareness initiatives to foster an operational risk culture.

Skills and experience required

• Demonstrated track record in managing data governance, privacy compliance, and organizational risk within a fast-paced environment.

• Proven resilience and operational adaptability to lead execution, manage ambiguity, and drive heavy-lifting in a scaling enterprise.

• Strong domain expertise in regional privacy frameworks, regulatory risk management, and vendor oversight across Asia-Pacific jurisdictions.

• Highly consultative mindset with the ability to advise business leaders, product teams, and consumers on pragmatic governance solutions.

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in law, business, or related disciplines, accompanied by recognized professional privacy or compliance certifications.
