Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily enquiries, quotes, and orders; track stock with procurement/warehouse.
• Align HQ & Southern Malaysia branch logistics; issue customer reminders and track non-returned items.
• Handle enquiries, ensure timely communication, and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate dispatch readiness and monitor delivery timelines.
• Review payment status in the system before order/calibration release.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and calibration trackings.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Admin, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
• 1-2 years in sales coordination, customer service, or admin.
• Proficient in MS Office & AI tools.
• Experience in technical, industrial, or calibration environments.
