JOB SUMMARY

The QAQC Electrical Engineer is responsible for inspecting and verifying Exentec products on the production floor to ensure compliance with electrical specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements. This role focuses on product quality assurance through detailed inspection, testing, and validation of electrical components and systems.

DAILY TASK

1. Perform inspection and testing of Exentec products during and after production.
2. Verify electrical wiring, panels, and components meet design specifications and standards.
3. Identify defects, non-conformities, and abnormalities in products.
4. Record inspection results, test reports, and quality documentation accurately.
5. Conduct functional and electrical tests using appropriate tools and instruments.
6. Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality.
7. Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues and defects.
8. Perform in-process and final inspection before product release.
9. Ensure all inspection tools and equipment are calibrated and in good condition.
10. Support troubleshooting of electrical-related product issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure Exentec products meet all electrical and quality requirements before delivery.
2. Develop and implement inspection plans, checklists, and testing procedures.
3. Investigate root causes of product defects and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
4. Ensure compliance with QAQC standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
5. Liaise with engineering, production, and QAQC teams to improve product quality.
6. Review electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documents for inspection purposes.
7. Support internal and external audits related to quality and product compliance.
8. Analyze inspection data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
9. Enforce quality standards and promote quality awareness on the production floor.
10. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for product and process quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years experience in QAQC or electrical inspection in manufacturing.
3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panels, and control systems.
4. Experience in product inspection and testing (preferably Exentec or similar systems).
5. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
6. Familiarity with QAQC standards (ISO 9001, etc.).
7. Knowledge of testing equipment (multimeter, insulation tester, etc.).
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
10. Computer literate (MS Office, reporting systems).
