About the Role

The Solutions Consultant (Delivery) will plan, execute, and deliver complex software projects. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record in delivering SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation for new and existing customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process.
• Work closely with customers to gather requirements, analyze their business processes, and configure the platform to fit their needs.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients throughout the deployment process, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, customer success) to ensure the solution is delivered effectively and on time.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the implementation or post-launch phase.
• Develop and deliver training sessions, both internally and for clients, to ensure end-users are empowered to use the platform effectively.
• Work with the product team to provide feedback and suggestions for improving the platform based on client needs and technical challenges.
• Ensure proper documentation of the implementation process, configurations, and any customizations.
• Contribute to the development of best practices, templates, and tools to streamline the implementation and delivery process.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional value or upsell.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Required Skills

• Experience in project management, with a focus on software development and delivery.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex SaaS projects.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
