The Role

As Team Lead for Wealth Lending Solutions, you will drive business growth, manage portfolio quality, and lead a dedicated team to deliver results. Key responsibilities include:

- Driving AUM, loan, and revenue targets for the Share Margin Financing portfolio

- Formulating strategies to grow the SMF book and optimise pricing to stay market competitive

- Embedding SMF within broader wealth solutions including unit trusts, bonds, insurance, and structured products

- Collaborating with Relationship Managers and the wider sales distribution network to generate referrals and deepen client engagement

- Reviewing product features including eligible counters, LTV structure, and processes to maintain competitive positioning

- Maintaining a zero NPL portfolio through disciplined monitoring and proactive client outreach

- Ensuring full compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia, Securities Commission, and internal governance frameworks

- Leading, coaching, and developing the Share Margin team toward service excellence and a performance-driven culture

What We Are Looking For

- Proven experience in Share Margin Financing, wealth lending, or a related banking product role

- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding business targets

- Solid understanding of capital markets, broking relationships, and credit risk management

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and motivate a team
