Job Description

We are seeking a Wealth Planning Manager to provide comprehensive wealth and financial planning solutions to clients. The role focuses on building client relationships, delivering tailored insurance and investment solutions, and achieving sales targets while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on wealth planning, insurance, and financial protection solutions.

• Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend suitable products based on clients’ goals.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular reviews and servicing.

• Achieve individual sales and performance targets.

• Ensure all advisory and sales activities comply with MAS regulations and company policies.

• Stay updated on product knowledge and market developments.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Relevant certifications (e.g. CMFAS, M5/M9/M9A) for experienced financial sales persons

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Self-driven, results-oriented, and client-focused.

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
