Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate end-to-end operational activities, including vendor liaison, interdepartmental liaison, and resource allocation, to ensure smooth execution of the event.
• ⁠ ⁠⁠Plan and monitor the operations budget with KPI, including tracking expenses for equipment rentals, logistics, and manpower.
• ⁠ ⁠⁠Engage with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and government agencies, to align on event requirements, licensing, and permits.
• ⁠ ⁠⁠Ensure events comply with local regulations, safety standards, and licensing requirements (e.g., SFA, SCDF, SPF permits).
• ⁠ ⁠⁠Develop a Gantt Chart timeline and a weekly PCG deck to support the project management, such as a weekly update to internal and external stakeholders.
• ⁠ ⁠⁠Capable of drafting AUTOCAD 2D floor plan, 3D sketch up (or equivalent software)
• ⁠ ⁠⁠Expected to work on the weekends (welcome to events life)

Qualifications

• ⁠ ⁠Diploma or Degree in one or more of the following:
• ⁠ ⁠Events Management
• ⁠ ⁠Project Management
• ⁠ ⁠Design (Interior/Spatial/Industrial Design)

Professional Experience

• ⁠ ⁠2–4 years of event operations or project management experience, ideally in:
• ⁠ ⁠Pop-up markets, lifestyle shows, festivals, B2C activations, or youth-focused programming
• ⁠ ⁠Working with government agencies (e.g. SLA, SFA, SCDF, SPF) for event compliance

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
