Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipments with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, and transport providers.
• Arrange shipment bookings and monitor shipment schedules from start to finish.
• Prepare and process export shipping documents (B/L, SI, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.).
• Ensure shipping documents are accurate and comply with customer and customs requirements.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide shipment status updates.
• Coordinate with warehouses, trucking companies, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve shipment issues and delays promptly.
• Prepare billing instructions and verify operational costs and vendor invoices.
• Update shipment details in the operating system and maintain proper records.
• Follow company procedures and ensure compliance with shipping and customs regulations.

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,000.00 per month
