Job description

• Attend to ship owners and clients’ invoices queries
• Preparation of tenders and project estimates
• Preparation of quotation and contract/agreement
• Liaison with clients, vendors as well as departments on project contractual requirements.
• Follow-up on progressive project cost and update/invoicing to clients
• Negotiate and coordinate with all parties on project schedule
• Prepare accurate estimates and billings
• Negotiate with owners and subcontractor on ship repair contract
• Prepare & negotiate invoice for ship repair and fabrication project
• Submit progressive budgetary update cost to ship owner
• Work closely with the operations and project team(s)
• Make recommendations for improvement to SAPB1 & ISO systems, processes and procedures.
• Proposes recommendation for vendors and evaluates vendor’s performances
• Assist the Commercial Manager with Ad-hoc duties / deliverables as required.
• Follow processes and procedures in line with company’s vision + mission & HSEQA policies
• Any other job concerning commercial assigned from the Senior Management/ General Managers.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess minimum diploma in the relevant field
• Good knowledge in commercial practices
• Good knowledge in billing tariffs.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marine Commercial/ billing
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel & SAPB1 is a must
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Strong time management, focus and ability to multi-task
• Team players
• Independent and able to resolve issues

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
