• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare payment vouchers.
• Reconcile bank statements, supplier statements, and customer accounts.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Monitor cash flow and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Process employee expense claims and reimbursements.
• Prepare GST/VAT or other tax-related documentation, where applicable.
• Support external audits by preparing required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, statutory regulations, and internal controls.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.
• Experience with Autocount system is preferred.

Pay: $3,200.00 - $3,800.00 per month
