You're the friendly face (or voice, or inbox) that keeps them happy, keeps them around, and makes sure they get real value out of working with us.

What you’ll be doing

• Being the main point of contact for your clients — their go-to person, no passing the buck.
• Regular check-ins so clients feel seen (not just remembered when there's an invoice due).
• Solving issues before they become "we need to talk" emails.
• Tracking account performance and spotting opportunities to help clients win more.
• Upselling/cross-selling — but the good kind, where it actually helps them, not just us.
• Preparing reports, reviews, and updates that make clients go "wow, they've got this handled".
• Working with internal teams (sales, support, product) to make sure promises = delivery.
• Hitting retention & growth targets, because happy clients = long-term clients.

What we’re looking for

• Diploma and Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or "close enough" field.
• Someone people naturally trust and feel comfortable talking to.
• A good listener — you catch the "small issue" before it turns into a "big problem".
• Organized enough to juggle multiple clients without dropping the ball.
• Comfortable with numbers/data to track how accounts are actually performing.
• Bonus: any customer service, sales, or client-facing internship experience.
• Basically: reliable, personable, and low-key everyone's favourite point of contact.

Pay: $2,600.00 - $4,400.00 per month
