IMMEDIATE HIRING – F&B Supervisor

Location: IOI Damansara, Petaling Jaya
Industry: Thai Snacks Retail
Salary: Fixed RM2,700 before OT (RM2,500 Basic + RM200 Fixed Allowance)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily outlet operations.
• Supervise, lead, and support the outlet team.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries.
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
• Manage stock levels and ensure proper inventory control.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Assistant Supervisor or Supervisor in the F&B industry.
• Stable employment history.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
