Position : Supply Chain Coordinator

Company Industry : Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)

Work Location: Persiaran Perusahaan SE, Shah Alam, 40300 Selangor.

Working Hours : Monday - Friday; 8:30AM to 5:30PM

Employment Type : 12 months contract with PERSOL

Salary: RM2,500 - RM2,800 + Statutory Contributions

What You'll Be Doing

Supply Chain Planning & Inventory Management

• Support production planning activities and coordinate Master Production Schedule (MPS) sharing with stakeholders.
• Perform inventory reconciliation checks and monitor stock availability.
• Support product customization activities, documentation reviews, and approval processes.
• Ensure smooth coordination for product release and market availability planning.

Master Data Management

• Create, maintain, and update SKU master data across various business systems.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate master data records.
• Manage product information, pricing, standard cost updates, and system maintenance activities.

Logistics, Shipping & Customer Operations

• Coordinate shipment activities and order fulfillment processes.
• Liaise with logistics providers and warehouse partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Support stock transfer, shipment tracking, and customer order management.
• Validate logistics-related invoices, storage charges, handling fees, and operational reports.
• Manage Proof of Delivery (POD) reconciliation and documentation.

Returns Management & Reporting

• Handle customer returns and rejection processes in SAP.
• Coordinate root cause investigations and maintain accurate system records.
• Prepare KPI reports, dashboards, and operational performance tracking.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum1 year of experience working with SAP
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI is highly preferred
• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service Operations, Production Planning, or Project Coordination
• Familiarity with inventory management, order processing, and shipping coordination
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in KPI tracking and dashboard reporting is an advantage
