We are looking for a Payment Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process account transactions accurately within the target timeframe.
• Verify bank account setup and configuration.
• Monitor account limits and balances.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security.
• Prepare daily reports and complete assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Malaysian Citizen.
• Minimum SPM/High School qualification.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Mandarin proficiency is required (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Willing to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur.
• Able to work night shifts and overtime.
• Good attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Typing speed of 35 WPM or above is an advantage.
• Experience in payment, banking, finance, or operations is preferred.
