Responsible for promoting and selling the company's products, building and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers to generate new sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and close sales.
• Provide accurate product information and recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution.
• Prepare sales reports and update customer records.
• Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and customer feedback.
• Attend sales meetings, training, and promotional events as required.
• Ensure all sales transactions and documentation are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
