JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is updated accurately.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary matters.
• Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely submission of HR-related reports.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training, employee engagement activities, and performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labour laws.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of HR experience is preferred.
• Candidates with prior experience in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry will have an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
