CNC Programmer Drafter

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Analyze drawings, sketches and design data to determine dimension and configuration of cuts, machine speeds and feed rates.
• Prepare CNC programming with Mastercam software, monitoring CNC programs and ensure accuracy of all instructions through comparison with drawing and design.
• Develop work holding and select cutting tools.
• Create and compile necessary documents to aid setting up and operation of machines, including instruction sheets on cutter tools setup.
• May require to machine components for first articles or production.
