The Associate, Logistics is responsible for supporting the Logistics Executive in coordinating and managing daily transportation operations for both in-house fleet and external transport vendors between Distribution Centers (DC) and retail stores. The role ensures timely delivery execution, transportation compliance, vehicle coordination, and operational support to maintain efficient logistics distribution activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support daily transportation planning and coordination for inbound and outbound deliveries between Distribution Center and retail stores.

2. Assist Logistics Executive in monitoring in-house drivers, vehicles, and external transport vendors to ensure smooth delivery operations.

3. Coordinate delivery schedules, route planning, and truck utilization to optimize transportation efficiency.

4. Monitor transportation activities to ensure on-time delivery performance and service level achievement.

5. Liaise with drivers, transport vendors, warehouse team, and store personnel regarding delivery status and operational updates.

6. Ensure all transport documentation such as Delivery Orders (DO), trip records, invoices, and transport reports are properly updated and maintained.

7. Monitor vehicle movement, loading schedules, and delivery progress to minimize delays and operational disruptions.

8. Assist in resolving transportation operational issues including delays, breakdowns, shortages, and delivery discrepancies.

9. Coordinate with transport vendors on truck availability, delivery performance, and operational requirements

Required Qualifications·

• Minimum SPM / Secondary School qualification or equivalent.
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation Management, or related field will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of transportation and distribution operations,

Required Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, or distribution center operations.
• Experience in coordinating transportation activities, fleet operations, or vendor management is preferred.
• Experience working in retail distribution or FMCG environment will be an added advantage

Pay: RM1,461.05 - RM5,239.81 per month
