Responsible for purchasing raw materials, packaging materials, laboratory supplies, equipment, and services required for pharmaceutical operations while ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate qualified suppliers for pharmaceutical materials and services.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of raw materials, packaging materials, laboratory consumables, and other operational supplies.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Regulatory Affairs to support operational needs.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or documentation.
• Ensure purchased materials meet GMP, regulatory, and company quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier documentation, and purchasing reports.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock shortages.
• Support supplier qualification, audits, and vendor performance evaluations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, GMP, GDP, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of procurement experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and pharmaceutical procurement practices is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
