Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Safety Supervisor to oversee workplace safety and health matters at our construction project in Johor Bahru. The candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment at the project site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce site safety rules and regulations.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and project safety procedures.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings for workers.
• Prepare safety reports, inspection records, and documentation.
• Monitor workers' compliance with PPE and safe working practices.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with site management, contractors, and safety personnel.
• Assist in safety audits, inspections, and DOSH-related requirements.
• Maintain proper safety records and documentation.

Requirements

• Registered Safety Supervisor (SSS) with DOSH/JKKP.
• Minimum 2 years of construction site safety experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA 1994 and construction safety requirements.
• Able to prepare safety reports and documentation.
• Good communication skills and able to work with site teams.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly with workers, contractors, and site management.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work at Johor Bahru, Johor.

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
