Responsibilities

- To attend/check/rectify ironmongeries, mechanical locks, carpentry, flooring, painting, roofing, windows, door and other handyman works through work order or complaints.

- To perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance and conduct daily inspections

- Service and repair basic mechanical and electrical equipment

- To attend ad-hoc/emergency call whenever required by customer or internal dept.

Requirement

- Candidate must possess at least SPM or Certificate in the relevant field

- Competent in electrical and plumbing works

- Self-starter, hardworking and resourceful

- Initiative, independent, mature and able to meet deadlines

- Able to work on weekends and on-call when required

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person (Flat Taman Sri Sentosa, Jalan Klang Lama)

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
