• Manage and track all utility and internet service applications for expansion premises
• Prepare and compile documentation for utility/internet service applications and terminations.
• Act as the liaison between legal counsel and contractors for all relevant submissions.
• Ensure timely processing and submission of monthly utility and internet service payments.
• Track and follow up on deposit refunds where applicable.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities to resolve service disruptions or implement required improvements.
• Have relevant experience - open to fresh graduate Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to change.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).

Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
