Client Industry: Financial Services / Investment Banking / Capital Markets

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily dispatch activities, including hand delivery of contract notes and ensuring all documents are sent out within stipulated timelines.
• Record all outgoing documents in the dispatch logbook accurately.
• Collect and deliver office documents, contract notes, postal mail, and parcels to designated locations in accordance with schedules and instructions provided.
• Maintain accurate records of document and item deliveries to specified destinations.
• Identify and address operational challenges such as traffic delays or unforeseen issues and take appropriate action to ensure timely delivery where possible.
• Plan delivery routes efficiently, with good knowledge of local roads and traffic conditions.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours and availability to respond to urgent or unexpected dispatch requests when required.
• Provide driving support as required, including acting as a relief driver when necessary.

Key Requirements:

• Education Qualification(s): Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a dispatch or similar operational role.
• Valid driving licence.
• Familiarity with dispatch and delivery processes.
• Basic recordkeeping and documentation skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
