# About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Planner to develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules for construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the project team to ensure timely project delivery through effective planning, progress monitoring, resource coordination, and schedule control.

# Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Prepare baseline, revised, recovery, and look-ahead programmes for construction projects.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify potential delays or risks.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, tracking charts, S-curves, and planning dashboards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Teams, Consultants, Clients, and Subcontractors to ensure project schedules are updated accurately.
• Review project progress data and recommend mitigation or recovery plans where necessary.
• Assist in delay analysis and Extension of Time (EOT) assessments.
• Maintain project planning records, documentation, and schedule updates for management reporting.
• Liaise with Tender, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams to ensure planning information is aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform any other planning-related duties as assigned by Management.

# Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction project planning or scheduling.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Good understanding of construction sequencing, site operations, and resource planning.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
