Elabram Systems Hiring! Full Time General Ledger Executive in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 4,900 - Ricebowl

Salary Range: MYR 4000 – 4900 (gross, depending on experience)

Employment Status: Contract, Temporary

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (Hybrid), 8.30am - 6pm

Location: Kuala Lumpur or Muar Johor (depending on candidate availability)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Record-to-Closing (R2C): Support the full accounting cycle within Global Business Services (GBS), ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
• Payroll Accounting: Assist in payroll-related accounting entries to maintain compliance and accuracy.
• Month-End Closing: Contribute to monthly GL closing activities, consolidating data for reporting.
• Business Analysis: Provide support in analyzing financial results to help management understand performance trends.
• SOX Controls: Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, a key standard for multinational corporations.
• Process Improvement: Participate in designing and aligning work processes, and support policy deployment.
• Global Reporting: Be part of the roadmap to expand GL and reporting functions across regions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Recognized degree in Accounting with relevant experience.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with at least 2 years of related experience are welcome.
• Shared Service Center background is an added advantage.
• Professional qualifications (CPA/ACCA) preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP exposure is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work across time zones (including CET).

TEMP CONTRACT DETAILS

Staff 1: 15 Oct 2026 – 15 Apr 2027 (6 months)

• CET time zone: 6–7 days/month
• Other days: Malaysia hours

Staff 2: 1 Dec 2026 – 30 Apr 2027 (5 months)

• CET time zone: 6–7 days/month
• Other days: Malaysia hours

Hardship Allowance: RM400/month for CET time zone work.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,900.00 per month
