About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing the organization's IT infrastructure across Development, UAT, and Production environments. You will work closely with infrastructure, networking, and security teams to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows server infrastructure.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and user access.
• Manage VMware or Hyper-V virtualization environments.
• Perform server provisioning, patching, upgrades, and system maintenance.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot system issues.
• Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
• Implement OS hardening, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Assist with infrastructure architecture, HLD/LLD documentation, and system diagrams.
• Support infrastructure security, compliance, and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with networking and security teams to resolve infrastructure-related issues.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering or System Administration.
• Strong experience with Windows Server Administration.
• Hands-on experience with VMware or Hyper-V.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Firewall, Routing).
• Experience with OS hardening, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of PowerShell or automation scripting.
• Experience with patch management tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management.
