Job Description:

• Assist in the preparation of pre-tender and tender documents in accordance with client requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for tender submissions.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and related contract documents.
• Organize, update, and maintain tender records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and relevant parties to ensure tender documents are complete and submitted within the stipulated timeline.
• Prepare reports and other documentation related to tender activities.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the company's ISO documentation.
• Ensure that ISO documents are updated and comply with company policies and applicable standards.
• Prepare reports, records, and supporting documents for audit purposes.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of tender preparation and ISO management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good communication, organizational, and documentation management skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
