Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse associates (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, inventory counts)
• Assign tasks and monitor workflow to meet daily/weekly productivity and shipping targets
• Train, coach, and onboard new team members; conduct performance check-ins
• Enforce safety protocols, PPE compliance, and proper equipment handling (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
• Monitor inventory accuracy; investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure warehouse management system (WMS) / ERP transactions are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain 5S/housekeeping standards and organize warehouse layout for efficiency
• Report on KPIs (order accuracy, on-time shipping, productivity, damages) to management
• Handle escalations, resolve floor-level issues, and step in during peak periods or staff shortages
• Support audits, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation
• Liaise with other departments (procurement, transport, customer service) on operational issues
• Willing to relocate

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Minimum SPM/High school diploma; Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus

Experience

• 2–5 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 1–2 years in a lead/supervisory capacity
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Forklift operation experience/certification preferred

• Good organizational and multitasking ability
• Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, inventory systems)
• Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
• Physically able to lift/move goods and stand for extended periods
• Familiarity with safety regulations and warehouse compliance standards

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
