Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in modern application development, backend technologies, APIs, and Agile delivery, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build reliable and secure applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-quality software applications.
  • Participate in system design discussions and contribute to technical solutioning.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA Engineers, and Product Owners to deliver user stories.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and quality guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and software development best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#.
  • Experience with modern frameworks such as Spring Boot, React, Angular, Node.js, or .NET.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture, and backend development.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases such as SQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Understanding of secure coding principles, performance optimization, and software testing (Unit, Integration, and End-to-End testing).
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with infrastructure automation and monitoring tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
