Job Summary::

As a Software Engineer(Java), you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise software applications based on business and technical requirements. You will ensure high-quality code, follow development standards, and support the complete software development lifecycle from development through production support.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

• Develop application software based on functional and technical design specifications.
• Analyse business processes and translate requirements into efficient, scalable program code.
• Write clean, maintainable, and secure code following coding standards and best practices.
• Work closely with Team Leads to ensure designs and code comply with architecture guidelines.

️ Development & Configuration

• Modify and maintain configurable software components, documentation, and system configurations.
• Perform configuration management planning, identification, controls, and audits.
• Prepare and maintain accurate technical and system documentation.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Develop and execute unit test cases and document test results.
• Support Integration Testing, System Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.
• Participate in peer code reviews to improve software quality and maintainability.

Production Support

• Investigate application issues and resolve defects efficiently.
• Analyse system errors and implement corrective enhancements.
• Ensure smooth production operations by providing timely bug fixes and system support.

Security & Compliance

• Ensure developed applications comply with security standards and coding guidelines.
• Follow established development methodologies and software engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications::

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 1–4 years of experience in software development and application maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in Java application development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English.
