Role Description The position supports the day-to-day operations and growth of the EC business. This role helps manage online merchandising, campaign execution, customer experience, and performance reporting. You will work closely with marketing, trade marketing, customer service, finance and external vendors. This role will report to the EC Director and support the implementation of sales strategies to grow the E-commerce channel in Singapore for the Consumer Products Division.               

Job Scope & responsibilities:

• Responsible for e-commerce strategy and execution across the platforms to achieve sales targets, growth initiatives as well as profit delivery for the channel.
• Support campaign planning and execution.
• Monitor platform performance and KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and revenue by categories.
• Analyze performance reports and trends through regular reporting.
• Management of trade relations with e-commerce retailers’ key account / category managers as well as last-mile 3PL partner.
• Collaboration with Brand Marketing and Trade Marketing to explore / implement new opportunities to grow each category.
• Manage the e-commerce team and facilitate their work flow, including on-going liaison with various support departments such as finance, IT etc.
• Establishing new channels when the opportunity arises.

• Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret P&L and understand activities’ implications on P&L.
• Strong presentation skills with confidence in delivering presentations to stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A multi-tasker, able to work on multiple projects / categories concurrently.
• Experience with digital marketing is required.

Requirements:

• Degree in the following fields: Marketing / Business / Finance or equivalent
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• At least 3-4 years’ experience in an FMCG e-commerce role with human capital management experience
