Responsibilities:

• As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.
• You will use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP Monitoring & Tools is required.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) is recommended.
• Advanced proficiency in Technology Architecture Sales and IT Transformation Planning is suggested.
• Drive the design and implementation of software components that align with project goals and client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
• Analyze complex technical challenges and propose innovative, efficient solutions to enhance system performance.
• Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to improve development processes and outcomes.
