Job Description
- Strategic Planning: Lead critical marketing projects from problem definition to solution implementation. Conduct root-cause analysis on underperforming channels/campaigns and propose data-backed solutions. Develop frameworks to prioritize marketing initiatives based on business impact and resource availability
- Budget Management & Business Insights: Analyze data from marketing into actionable business insights. Build financial models to forecast campaign ROI and optimize budget allocation across channels. Design and monitor key performance indicators to track the health of the marketing ecosystem
- Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Drive the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between Creative, Product, and Sales teams. Identify bottlenecks in current marketing workflows and re-engineer processes to improve efficiency.
- Drive Innovation & Market Expansion: Champion a culture of experimentation at scale. Lead the exploration of uncharted growth channels (new platforms, partnerships, content etc). Synthesize competitive intelligence and macro trends into actionable strategies that create competitive moats.
- Bachelor’s degree required, Marketing / Consulting / Strategy preferred
- Strategic & Analytical Acumen: A highly structured thinker who can navigate ambiguity and translate complex data into clear, high-impact strategies
- Communication: Ability to influence cross-functional partners and present ideas, performance and strategy
- Creative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proactively solve problems
