Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. The Job Title will support daily boutique operations, including welcoming customers, presenting products, and providing professional guidance on Tudor timepieces. Responsibilities may include handling sales transactions, maintaining product displays, and ensuring that the boutique is organized and presentable. The role will also involve responding to customer inquiries, supporting inventory management, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales and service goals. The Job Title will contribute to a positive client experience by delivering courteous, knowledgeable, and consistent service in line with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Sales and retail experience, ideally in luxury goods, watches, or fashion, with a focus on consultative selling.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to support visual merchandising and boutique operations.
• Clear, professional communication skills in English; additional language abilities are an advantage.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism in handling transactions and client information.
• Ability to work on-site full time, including weekends and retail peak periods, as required.
• Comfort with basic technology and point-of-sale systems; willingness to learn brand and product knowledge.
• Relevant experience in customer-facing roles; a passion for watches or luxury retail is a plus.
• Minimum secondary education; a diploma or degree in business, retail management, or a related field is beneficial.
