Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for work from home. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with ISP, ICT, MSP, and operator partners, including prospecting, lead generation, and qualification. The Business Development Executive will manage the sales pipeline, conduct discovery calls and product presentations, coordinate demos of Apex Aegis, and prepare proposals and commercial offers. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, supporting contract negotiations, collaborating with product and marketing teams on go-to-market activities, and tracking performance metrics and forecasts. The role also involves staying current on SASE, Zero Trust, and managed security trends to engage potential partners with informed, solution-focused conversations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities with service-provider partners.
• Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage pipelines, nurture long-term relationships, and support commercial negotiations.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for stakeholder engagement, presentations, documentation, and clear internal collaboration.
• Experience in B2B technology or cybersecurity sales, especially with ISP, MSP, or telco partners, is highly beneficial.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts (SASE, Zero Trust, SD-WAN) and translate them into business value for different stakeholders.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales or business development targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and CRM skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
